Background Dr. Ernest Jebolise Chukwuka is a certified management consultant (CMC) , a Fellow Institute of Management Consultants (FIMC), and a Certified Management Specialist, London (CMS). He received a PhD in Business Management with a specialization in Entrepreneurial Leadership from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN) in 2017. He has taught Entrepreneurship and management at the University and other affiliate institutions for over a decade, as well as being a consultant to the then Delta State Job Creation Office, the Tony Elumelu Entrepreneurship Foundation, where he is an entrepreneur mentor, and the Central Bank of Nigeria Centre for Vocational and Entrepreneurship Development as the Program Manager. He has worked as an academic Facilitator with the Open University of Nigeria, Asaba Study Centre, for over ten years. He has many research publications in reputable peer-reviewed international journals and Scopus, and he is currently a best selling author.
